Welcome to the TEXAS BASKETBALL MUSEUM now in it’s 13th year of operation, located in Carmine, Texas at the corner of Augsburg Avenue & Hauptstrasse Street one block south of Hwy 290. The City of Carmine is half between Austin and Houston on hwy 290,halfway between Giddings and Brenham, and half way between Ledbetter and Burton to be precise. SEE MAP.
The Museum will feature a rich history of Texas High School Basketball, with the Hall of Fame room, and trophy cases full of exhibits of Texas Basketball LEGENDS that have achieved their fame as a player, coach or contributor. See the players that were Mr. & Miss Basketball from across the STATE. Follow the rise of champions and the players that went from High School, to College, and to the PRO’s.
Many famous autographs have been acquired and will be on display including the famous TEXAS basketball that has over 75,000 wins from coaches all over the State.
We will also have a small court just outside of the MUSEUM to see how good a shot you are and for everyone to enjoy.
Stop by for a visit. I will be glad to open anytime by appointment only. Please call or text me anytime @ 713-898-7667 to make an appointment to visit the Museum. Thanks, Bob Springer – Founder & Curator.
